Kurt ( a black belt under Ralph Gracie ) shows how to escape from bottom in north south position. Kurt Osiander has been studying directly under Ralph Gracie for over 17 years. He received his black belt in 2002. He follows Ralph’s theory of the importance in basics because if you don’t have basics you cannot move on to understanding more advanced techniques and positions. He explains why body positioning is very important to not offer up chokes or locks. Also details things that are pointless when defending and knowing your angle.
